1. Service Description
Dialwatch provides AI-powered call analysis for GoHighLevel (GHL) users. Our service automatically reviews setter sales calls, transcribes audio, evaluates performance against your custom rubric, and delivers daily digests to help improve your team's performance.
Our service is a tool to assist with call review and coaching. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales improvements, or results. The effectiveness of the service depends on how you use the insights provided.
2. Account Requirements
To use Dialwatch, you must:
- Have a valid GoHighLevel account with API access
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Dialwatch only with:
- Your own GoHighLevel account or accounts you are authorized to manage
- Calls where all parties have consented to recording (in compliance with applicable laws)
- Legitimate business purposes related to sales team coaching and improvement
You may not:
- Use third-party GHL accounts without explicit authorization
- Process calls that violate recording consent laws in your jurisdiction
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our analysis technology
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
4. Data Handling
We process your call audio, transcripts, and related data solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your call data to train AI models. Your business data remains yours.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your call recordings, transcripts, and business data. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
Dialwatch, our analysis technology, website design, and documentation are our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the service, not ownership of our technology.
6. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (GHL, Deepgram, etc.), or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialwatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in abusive behavior. We will provide notice when possible, but reserve the right to terminate immediately for serious violations.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
